FAQ
Merchant questions
What does it cost to be on FetchExpress?
Free. Joining is free. We do not take commission on what you sell. Riders pay you directly the way you already accept money.
Do I need a POS or a payment terminal?
No. Cash on pickup is supported. The rider walks in, picks up what the customer asked for, and pays you the way you already accept money. No terminal, no QR, no payout queue.
How do customers find my store?
Customers post pabili requests in the app. Verified riders see the request and choose where to fetch from. Stores listed in the area show up as preferred pickup points. Once the merchant tools ship, you can list your products directly.
What if something is out of stock?
The rider sees real stock when they arrive. If something is missing, they message the customer in-app to confirm a substitute or a refund before payment.
Can I join if I only run a small sari-sari?
Yes. Sari-sari, mini-mart, pharmacy, water station, bakery, restaurant — any store that sells what neighbors need. Beta starts with founding stores in CDO and surrounding cities.
