How is this different from a Facebook group?

How are riders verified?
Hub operators handle verification on behalf of the platform. Every rider submits ID and documents through the FetchExpress flow, and the hub operator reviews and accepts them into the hub. Once accepted, the rider’s reputation, ratings, and run history are public on their profile.
Is my address shared with all riders?
No. Your address stays private until you pick a rider. Only the rider you pick sees the actual address. The hub is responsible if anything goes wrong.
What if a rider does not show up?
